g. Any under skirting around your RV, must be a neutral color (gray, tan, or white) without any print or writing on it.

h. Any permanent or semi-permanent changes to your rented camp site (or immediate surrounding area) will not be allowed without prior, written consent from management. This includes, but not limited to, cutting trees/branches, adding or removing landscaping, building structures, etc.

i. It is the Guest’s responsibility to have all items removed from lawn for lawn maintenance. If there is a need for staff to do upkeep on lot outside normal maintenance, there will be charges for these services.

j. Absolutely no typical household appliances are allowed to be attached to or stored outside of your RV, such as, but not limited to: freezer, refrigerator, air conditioner, etc.

k. Exterior furnishings should be appropriate for outdoor/camping use. Indoor furnishings including, but not limited to couches, recliners, kitchen tables, etc. are not allowed outside the RV.

Visitors:

a. The only RV, vehicles, and occupants allowed to stay at Guest’s site are those listed in this agreement. Any changes must be authorized by Management.

b. Guest may host two (2) visitors per day at no charge. Visitors must be in the company of Guest.

c. Overnight visitors must be registered, in person with valid ID, at the office and will be charged $5 per person per night.

d. Guest is responsible for the conduct of their visitors and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage caused by or arising from the actions of said visitor.

e. Falsely representing the number of people at Guest’s site or exceeding the number paid for is considered a serious violation and Guest may be subject to immediate removal from the park with no refund.

If you are expecting visitors during your stay or have people in your party that are arriving after check-in, please advise us at the time of check-in.

  • Visitors must present at the office with a valid ID to obtain a car tag.

  • Do not flush “flushable” wipes because they are NOT biodegradable, even if they say they are!
  • Do not use garbage disposals.
  • Do not pour grease down sinks.
  • These items can cause damage to your holding tanks as well as cause sewer blockages in the park. If it is found that a blockage is due to a camper’s negligence, the guest will be assessed charges for labor and supplies to make repairs at a minimum of $50.

  • These rules apply to both your RV and our bathhouses.
Do not use PVC pipe as a sewer hose. Only RV-type sewer hoses allowed.
We greatly appreciate your help in keeping our septic system running smoothly!

If the temperature dips below freezing, you must turn off water at the campground spigot and disconnect your water hose from the spigot unless you have a heated and insulated water hose. Failure to do so may cause damage to the campground spigot, resulting in a minimum $50 repair charge billed to guest.

Friendly employees, friendly neighbors, no noise, not like the Wisconsin campgrounds that we’re used to. I heard the Tennessee campgrounds don’t have any amenities like the Wisconsin ones do but this campground had lots of grassy areas, a hammock hut to relax at, play checkers or chess, they have several gazebos, covered & open picnic areas, a Zen garden & public firepit areas to relax at. There was a nice playground for the kids to play at, swing set, sandbox, slide, and even some benches & double swing for the adults to enjoy. My family that lives in Tennessee now says it’s the best Tennessee campground they’ve seen so far. So, I give it a thumbs up review!

Very good campsite. Nature oriented, with nice common areas. They have a board game room, hammock hut, nice relaxing areas. The roads and site are mainly gravel/thick rocks, so not great for little kids with bikes. No pool and a nice playground. The people on the sites were great, the staff is one of the best you can encounter, super nice and friendly. Internet is unbelievably fast. Would definitely stay again. EDIT: I had to come back here and add after seeing another review… this will be the most relaxing time you will have. so peaceful here.

A hidden gem in Columbia!
Check-in was very smooth. Everyone in the office was pleasant and extremely helpful; the
Welcome Basket for our cabin (#4) was well thought-out.
The only thing that hindered enjoying the outdoors was the rain on
Sunday ; but the porch came in handy. We will definitely be back to
enjoy and explore more. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the campground. Campground is very nice, clean and staff very nice. Constantly working to update and keep everything nice. Area is quiet. There are some long term campers but sites are maintained and not junky. Very convenient to I -65, Spring Hill and Nashville. Neat buildings that have hammocks, games, and just to sit and enjoy .
